Shopping malls Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz are nearby. The gallery quarter around Auguststrasse, the legendary Kastanienallee or Torstrasse are only a few steps away from Oberholz.
The design of the apartment is historical meets modern style with exquisite antiques combined with contemporary furniture. Exciting artworks of Berlin artists adorn the walls. The library stocks a fine selection of books and magazine.
This Berlin holiday apartment comprises of three bedrooms, lounge with library, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and three balconies. The rooms are well lit with high ceilings, original fittings, engraved glass doors and ventilators. Please note that there is no lift access within the building.
The lounge has sofas, TV (DVD player on request), coffee table and library. There are speakers for guests to plug in their mp3 player.
The spacious dining room has a dining table with eight chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and all the crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils that you will require during your stay. There is a breakfast table with three chairs. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper are provided.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, large sideboard and sofa. The second bedroom has a double bed, sofa, large sideboard and bedside tables. The third bedroom has a pull-out double bed and bedside table. A seventh guest can be accommodated on a temporary single bed. A cot can be added on request.
There is a shower room and a separate WC.
One balcony has a patio table and two chairs.
Complimentary wireless internet access is available.
Bed linen, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet tissue and Berlin event magazines (in both German and English) are provided.
A video projector is available on request.
There is a launderette just across the street.
Telephone calls can be made free of charge from the downstairs bar.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the St Oberholz restaurant downstairs at additional cost.
A concierge service is available at the bar downstairs from 9am to 12pm and from 5pm to 8pm.
There is a towel change and restocking of expendable goods every third day.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The cleaning fee will not be applied for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email.
- There is no cancellation charge if written cancellation is received 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If a cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival that the cost of one overnight stay will be applied.
- If a cancellation is made after this time then a charge of 80% of the value of the total booking contract will be charged.
- If there is a no-show that the full amount of the contracted costs will be charged.
- If a guest fails to vacate the apartment by 12pm on their date of departure, then 50% of the value of one night's lodging will be charged.
