This delightful apartment is situated in the heart of Berlin on Metzer Strausse. It is only a few minutes from the Senefelderplatz underground station which provides easily access to all that Berlin has to offer. There are various bars, restaurants and shops within close proximity.
Please note, these apartments have a strict no party policy.
There are three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. All of the rooms have original double doors with the original plastering which emphasises the old Berlin charm.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, coffee maker and all the cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that you will require during your stay. There is a long dining table with chairs.
The first bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV, The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps. The third bedroom has four single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps All beds can be easily connected together to make two double beds).
The bathroom has a bath with shower, hand basin and WC. There is also a separate guest WC.
Complimentary wireless internet is available.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no further charges will apply.
- Cancellations that are received between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the date of arrival 30% of the total booking cost and the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival and for no-shows the full outstanding balance will be charged.
