This delightful apartment is situated in the heart of Berlin on Metzer Strausse. It is only a few minutes from the Senefelderplatz underground station which provides easily access to all that Berlin has to offer. There are various bars, restaurants and shops within close proximity.
Please note, these apartments have a strict no party policy.
There is a living area with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony with a view over the roofs of Berlin.
The American-style open kitchen has a toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge & freezer, coffee maker and all the cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that you will require during your stay.
The living area has a dining table and chairs and double sofa bed.
Each bedroom has two single beds (can easily be pushed together to make a double bed), bedside tables, reading lamps, chest of drawers and alarm clock. One bedroom has a flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower over, hand basin and WC.
Complimentary wireless internet is available.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no further charges will apply.
- Cancellations that are received between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the date of arrival 30% of the total booking cost and the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival and for no-shows the full outstanding balance will be charged.
