Hackescher #3, Style and Comfort in a Great Location.

This beautifully designed apartment is situated right in the heart of the historic Mitte district. It is close to Berlin's famous Hackesche Hofe that boasts ancient courtyard with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants and theatres. Other nearby attractions include Red Town Hall, the Berlin Cathedral, Boulevards Unter den Linden and Alexander Platz.

There are very good public transport links that are just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment and takes you to all the city's districts. The Berlin Tegel airport is a 25 minute drive away and the Berlin Schonefeld Airport is a 35 minute drive away.

The apartment building offers two indoor jacuzzi's, steam bath, sauna, gymnasium, on site restaurant and cafe, 24 hour reception, dry cleaning service, room service, babysitting and undercover parking (charges apply).

Each apartment has wireless internet available for 14.50 EUR (24 hours credit) that can last for up to 30 days. There is individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

An iron, ironing board, tea/ coffee making facilities, an in room safe, a mini bar and digital alarm clock are provided.

A dog is permitted to stay for 20 EUR per night.

This two bedroom apartment has a living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, desk with chair and spotlight.

Each bedroom has a double bed, beside tables and reading lamps. A temporary single bed will be added for a fifth and sixth guest. A cot can be provided on request for 10 EUR per night.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and kitchen utensils you will require during your stay.

One bathroom has a bath tub, hand basin and WC. The other has a shower, hand basin and WC. There are complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• If a cancellation or modification is made up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If a cancellation or modification is made later or in the case of a no-show, 80% of the first night will be charged.
