This lovely apartment is centrally located in a modern post wall house, directly at Nordbahnhof train station. It is just one stop by subway from Oranienburgerstrasse and two stops from Friedrichstrasse. It is a 200 metre walk from the original Berlin Wall and the Wall Museum. The area is generally quiet with a bus, tram or subway only a few minutes away from your apartment to explore the best of Berlin's sights!
There is a living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony.
The living area TV, coffee table, double sofa bed, arm chair, dining table with chairs. The living room has exits on to two balcony's one at the front of the house and one at the back.
The kitchen has a toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge & freezer, coffee maker and all the cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that you will require during your stay. It exits onto the balcony.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. Both are fitted with bedside tables, reading lamps, chest of drawers and alarm clock.
The bathroom has a bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no further charges will apply.
- Cancellations that are received between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the date of arrival 30% of the total booking cost and the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival and for no-shows the full outstanding balance will be charged.
- Credit card payments will incur a 4% processing fee.

The quality of service and the whole process of booking, arrival etc was excellent. The flat was very warm with plenty of hot water and we loved the location. We had problems with our flight back to Glasgow on the 3rd and considered taking another apartment. Although we didn't use this the assistance that was provided when we called from the airport was excellent. Our group all agreed that we would use 'loving apartments' again and would return to Berlin.

"Recommendations of restaurants would be 'More' which I celebrated my birthday in with the group. Food, service and overall cost was superb. We also visited 'Diener' in Charlottenburg. This was authentically German and food, service and cost was also very good. We spent our last night there. Museum Island was excellent. The underground bunker we visited at one of the tube stations was also very good. The Jewish Museum was extremely interesting. We are not Jewish and we were suprised to be confronted by some elderly Jewish people at the Museum as why we were visiting as they found this inappropriate? We didnT let this affect our visit though. The television tower was great, Kennedy Museum fascinating also."
