This lovely apartment is centrally located in a modern post wall house, directly at Nordbahnhof train station. It is just one stop by subway from Oranienburgerstrasse and two stops from Friedrichstrasse. It is a 200 metre walk from the original Berlin Wall and the Wall Museum. The area is generally quiet with a bus, tram or subway only a few minutes away from your apartment to explore the best of Berlin's sights!
There is a living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony.
The living area TV, coffee table, double sofa bed, arm chair, dining table with chairs. The living room has exits on to the balcony's at the front and the back of the building.
The kitchen has a toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge & freezer, coffee maker and all the cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that you will require during your stay. It exits onto the balcony.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. Both are fitted with bedside tables, reading lamps, chest of drawers and alarm clock.
The bathroom has a bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

- Cancellations that are made more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no further charges will apply.
- Cancellations that are received between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the date of arrival 30% of the total booking cost and the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival and for no-shows the full outstanding balance will be charged.
