This sophisticated and stylish apartment is situated in the historic Mitte district. It is a great base location to discover all that Berlin has to offer such as the lively night-life, celebrated architecture, museums and attractions. There is a great choice of shops and restaurant hot spots along Friedrichstrasse - the Mitte's main strip. Checkpoint Charlie is just a few minutes walk away.
The apartment hotel has a 17 metre long indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor seating area, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness centre. The on-site restaurant/ bar offers breakfast each morning and a selection of delicious meals in the evening. There is a 24 hour reception, a pantry service, and a babysitting service. There is also a garden courtyard.
This modern, stylish two bedroom apartment has a lounge / dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The lounge has sofas, coffee table, large mirror, dining table with three chairs, flat screen TV with DVD player/ video recorder, stereo, safe, desk with chair and spotlight.
Both bedrooms have a double bed, beside tables and reading lamps and an LCD T.V. A temporary single bed will be added if there is a fifth and sixth guest. A cot can be requested for 10 EUR per night.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and all the kitchenware that you will require during your stay. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a minibar.
One bathroom has a bath tub, washing machine, clothes dryer, hand basin and WC. The other has a shower, hand basin and WC. There are complimentary toiletries.
Wireless internet is available for 14.50 EUR (24 hours credit) that can last for up to 30 days.
Individual climate control air conditioning is provided. There is an iron and ironing board in the apartment.
Dry cleaning, laundry services, room service, babysitting, shoe cleaning, undercover parking or a grocery delivery can be provided at an additional cost.

A dog is permitted to stay for 20 EUR per night.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- If a cancellation or modification is made up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If a cancellation or modification is made later or in the case of a no-show, 80% of the first night will be charged.

the staff were helpful. if you needed anything it was fulfilled. they really seemed easy going about families and children. it was a perfect place for children, but at the same time very very quiet. i never heard a neighboring room once or barely heard the street nearby which by the way is off a main road so is very quiet as it is. i am a very light sleeper and in the evenings and mornings the apartments were very quiet. the location is really ideal. walking distance to 2 underground stations. two little parks across the street. a little market, green grocery and bakery across the road. walking distance to museum if you like a longer walk. it really was a great location for us as a family.
