This fantastic apartment is located in the city centre's more fashionable area – Eixample, with the stunning Sagrada Familia just moments away. The nearest metro is just a couple of minutes walk away, making the rest of the city extremely accessible, La Rambla and the beaches are just a short metro ride away or a quick taxi ride. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets in this elegant and vibrant neighborhood.

The open plan living room is beautifully furnished in a modern and sophisticated style. It has a comfortable double sofa bed, coffee table, dining area with seating for four guests, TV/CD and WiFi internet access is available. A DVD player is available on request.
The modern kitchen is open plan to the living/dining area making entertaining a social affair. It is fitted to a high standard and is equipped with fantastic appliances including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a complete set of utensils and crockery are also provided. There is also a small breakfast area with two bar stools, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright, it has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and a smart en suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and lamps.
There is a separate stylish bathroom, fully tiled with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

This apartment enjoys a fabulous location, favoured by guests looking for a convenient, stylish, central location but who do not want to be right on top of the noisier locations around La Rambla and the Bari Gotic - great to visit during the day, but these apartments offer a more refined setting in which to relax at night.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable on arrival.
- A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building the manager requires a security deposit of EUR 250, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 EUR for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- The initial booking deposit is non refundable.
- For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.
