This fantastic apartment is located in the city centre's more fashionable area – Eixample, with the stunning Sagrada Familia just moments away. The nearest metro is just a couple of minutes walk away, making the rest of the city extremely accessible, La Rambla and the beaches are just a short metro ride away or a quick taxi ride. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets in this elegant and vibrant neighborhood.
This apartment has been decorated with style and simplicity in mind, finished to a high standard with contemporary fittings it is a great base for your stay in this amazing city.
The open plan living room is beautifully furnished in a modern and sophisticated style. It has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining area with seating for four guests, TV/CD and WiFi internet access is available. A DVD player is available on request. From the Living area you can access the spacious terrace, which has a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of cava.
The modern kitchen is open plan to the living/dining area making entertaining a social affair. It is fitted to a high standard and is equipped fantastic appliances including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a complete set of utensils and crockery are also provided.
There are two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and the second a single bed, each with bedside tables and lamps.
There is a separate stylish bathroom, fully tiled with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
A hairdryer is available on request.
This apartment enjoys a fabulous location, favoured by guests looking for a convenient, stylish, central location but who do not want to be right on top of the noisier locations around La Rambla and the Bari Gotic - great to visit during the day, but these apartments offer a more refined setting in which to relax at night.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building there may be a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights. Please contact us if you wish to book less than 3 nights.
- For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building we require a security deposit prior to arrival of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.
