Just Minutes from Placa Espanya and Montjuic, the largest green area in Barcelona - a must do, if only for the fabulous views over the city and the Mediterranean. La Rambla is a short taxi ride away or just four stops on the metro.
The living/dining area is a smart and stylish space, the perfect place to relax after a hard day sightseeing. There is a comfortable sofa, coffee table and TV with international channels. A DVD player is available on request. The dining area has a dining table, which comfortably seats four guests.
The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with smart modern appliances. It has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and plenty of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
The bedroom has two single beds which can be made together as a double on request, bedside tables and lamps.
The contemporary bathroom has stylish modern fittings and is tiled throughout. It has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is available on request.
The apartment also has a safety deposit box.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building there may be a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights. Please contact us if you wish to book less than 3 nights.
- For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building we require a security deposit prior to arrival of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.
