This is a very spacious apartment offering high quality accommodation in smart surroundings. Located 2 floors up, with access via elevator, the apartment is bright and surprisingly tranquil.
The large living area has two large and comfortable sofas, a coffee table and two smart sideboards. There is a large TV, DVD player and Hi Fi. Towards the rear is a smart glass dining table with seating for six and there is a wireless internet connection. There is also a phone, which can receive incoming calls and make national calls only, so your family know where to contact you.
The kitchen is sleek and modern and is fully equipped with a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery for comfortable self-catering. There is also a washing machine in the apartment as well as an iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a large double bed, bedside tables and a huge wardrobe. The bedroom has a very smart en suite with a luxurious spar bath, WC and hand basin.
The second bedroom has a double bed, beside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom is a twin room with two beds, bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe. Please note, this bedroom is not air-conditioned.
There is a second smart bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin.
With heating and air conditioning plus a wonderful location, this apartment is a great choice all year round.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- No Show.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
