This spacious apartment is located just minutes from the world famous La Rambla with an abundance of cafes, tapas bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the many street performers and flower stalls just a short stroll away. This is a perfect location for exploring buzzing Barcelona.
The living/dining area is a smart and stylish space, the perfect place to relax after a hard day sightseeing. There is a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV with English channels, WiFi internet access and a DVD player is available on request. The dining area has a large dining table, which comfortably seats six guests. From here you can access the large balcony, which has a table and chairs for six guests. The living and dining areas are Air Conditioned.
The independent kitchen is fitted to a high standard with smart modern appliances. It has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and plenty of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
The first bedroom has two single beds, which can be made together as a double, air conditioning, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe for storage. A safety deposit box is also provided. The second small bedroom has a single bed, with another single stored underneath that pulls out.
The contemporary bathroom has stylish modern fittings and is tiled throughout. It has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin,WC and hairdryer. There is a second bathroom with a WC and hand basin.
This apartment enjoys a fantastic location and is comfortably furnished, a great choice for your stay in this amazing city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building we require a security deposit of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.
