Trueta, Cool style a minute from the city beach

This exclusive apartment boasts a fabulous location in the new neighbourhood of Vila Olympica, built for the Olympic games in 1992. The apartment is just a minute walk to Bogatell beach and the cool harbour of Port Olympic with its mix of bars, restaurants and shops and Ciutadella Park and the zoo are just a five-minute walk. A ten-minute stroll will lead you to the old town and just three stops on the metro will take you to the heart of the city centre.

This modern apartment is finished to a high standard with stylish yet comfortable furnishings. The spacious lounge has wonderful floor to ceiling windows, inviting the Mediterranean sunlight to flood into the apartment. There are two upscale, comfortable leather sofas,TV/DVD/CD player, wireless internet access and a large dining table and chairs. From the living area you can access the balcony, with lots of space to relax after a hard days sightseeing.

The large independent kitchen is a great space, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is also a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant.

There are two spacious double bedrooms and two bedrooms with a single bed, with another single stored underneath that pulls out.

There are two contemporary bathrooms fitted to a high standard, one with a walk in shower, the second has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.

The apartment also benefits from two private parking spaces, which are located within the building for convenience (extra charge of EUR 15 per day).

This fantastic apartment has an ideal location, whether you want to chill out by the beach, dine out in the fabulous restaurants in the port or visit some of Barcelona's amazing attractions, this is the perfect base for exploring this amazing city.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Guests will be required to pay a cash security deposit of Euros 300. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
• Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
• No Show. If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
