This smart apartment is situated in the historic Old Town (Ciutat Vella). This fascinating area is characterised by it's narrow stone streets, trendy restaurants, cool bars and designer boutiques.
This lovely apartment is one of several we can offer in the building. The photographs are a selection from across the building and whilst the apartments may vary slightly in the layout or decor, the features are the same. Your specific apartment will be allocated on arrival.
The living area comes with a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed if required. The wall of glass allows the sunlight to flood into the apartment. The dining area and open plan kitchen are equipped with everything you will need for entertaining at home. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Leading from the living room, by means of a large sliding door, you have the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. There are two further bedrooms each with 2 single beds (one single bed with a second pull out bed stored under the other when not in use). Both of these bedrooms lead onto a small balcony.
The second bathroom has a walk in shower. A hair dryer is also provided.
Parking is available on request at euros 20 per night.
Guests also have access to the communal roof terrace and swimming pool, great for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that we are unable to provide a high chair for this apartment, a cot can be provided.
- Arrivals between 9.00pm and 11.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 EUR. Between 11.00pm and 08.00am the charge will be 40 EUR. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 3% will be applied.
- Cancellations
- For cancellations received up to one month before the arrival date there is no further charge, within one month and up to 15 days before arrival a further 30% of the total cost will be charged up to 7 days before arrival 70% will be charged and within 7 days of the arrival date the full remaining balance will be payable. During the 3GSM conference in 2013 cancellations received within two months of the start date will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
- The security deposit must be paid on arrival. This can be in cash or by credit card. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For bookings of two or more apartments in the same building a euro 500 security deposit will be required.
