The living room has a comfortable sofa, arm chairs, coffee table and flat screen TV, it can be open plan to the kitchen/dining area, or separated as required with a large sliding partition, it is a great space to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are provided.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, wc and handbasin.
This stylish apartment is in a great central location, a perfect base for exploring all that this amazing city has to offer.
The building directly opposite this building is currently undergoing a rennovation project. There may be some construction noise during daytime hours, we hope that any disruption would be minor but would like to point out that no compensation will be offered on this basis.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Barcelona and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Cancellations. For Low and Med season cancellations received within 72 hours of the start date will incur 1st night charged as a cancellation fee.
- For High and Peak seasons cancellations received within one week of the start date the full oustanding balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Reservations for three apartments or more could have special cancellation fees.
- Late check-in charges
- Check-in begins at 15:00 h. After 23:00 h guests will be charged extra supplements. Between 23:00 pm and 2:00 pm will be charged Euros 35. For arrivals after 02.00 hours the cost is Euros 50.
- Security Deposit
- As with most hotels, when you arrive you will be asked to provide a credit card which will be used as a damage deposit. This deposit will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good conditions.
- If the group is a hen/stag party, you will be asked to provide a 200 euro cash deposit per apartment. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
- For bookings from 14th to 17th June a 400 euro deposit will be required.
- Pets may be permitted on request, where permitted a cash security deposit of 200 euros is required. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
