This fantastic attic apartment is located right in the heart of the city. Close to the wonderful Market Sant Antoni and just a short walk to La Rambla this is an ideal location to explore Barcelona's rich and colourful culture.
The apartment offers modern facilities in a traditional building, the living/dining/ kitchen area is open plan with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs,coffee table, flat screen TV, small dining table with two chairs and wifi internet access is provided. From here you can access the wonderful sunny terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including, fridge, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are provided. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
There are three bedrooms of a good size, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a third with one single bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
There are two smart bathrooms one with a walk in shower and a second with bath and over head shower. A hair dryer is also provided.
This is a fantastic apartment, centrally located in a quiet street near the Sant Antoni Market. The area of Raval can appear a little intimidating to some, or an exciting bustling authentic experience to others. Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Barcelona and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Cancellations. For Low and Med season cancellations received within 72 hours of the start date will incur 1st night charged as a cancellation fee.
- For High and Peak seasons cancellations received within one week of the start date the full oustanding balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Reservations for three apartments or more could have special cancellation fees.
- Late check-in charges
- Check-in begins at 15:00 h. After 23:00 h guests will be charged extra supplements. Between 23:00 pm and 2:00 pm will be charged Euros 35. For arrivals after 02.00 hours the cost is Euros 50.
- Security Deposit
- As with most hotels, when you arrive you will be asked to provide a credit card which will be used as a damage deposit. This deposit will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good conditions.
- If the group is a hen/stag party, you will be asked to provide a 200 euro cash deposit per apartment. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
- For bookings from 14th to 17th June a 400 euro deposit will be required.
- Pets may be permitted on request, where permitted a cash security deposit of 200 euros is required. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
