The living/dining/ kitchen area is open plan with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs,coffee table, flat screen TV, small dining table with two chairs and wifi internet access is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are provided.
There are 2 bedrooms of a good size, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
There is a smart bathroom with a walk in shower (no bath tub).

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Barcelona and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- Cancellations. For Low and Med season cancellations received within 72 hours of the start date will incur 1st night charged as a cancellation fee.
- For High and Peak seasons cancellations received within one week of the start date the full oustanding balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Reservations for three apartments or more could have special cancellation fees.
- Late check-in charges
- Check-in begins at 15:00 h. After 23:00 h guests will be charged extra supplements. Between 23:00 pm and 2:00 pm will be charged Euros 35. For arrivals after 02.00 hours the cost is Euros 50.
- Security Deposit
- As with most hotels, when you arrive you will be asked to provide a credit card which will be used as a damage deposit. This deposit will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good conditions.
- If the group is a hen/stag party, you will be asked to provide a 200 euro cash deposit per apartment. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
- For bookings from 14th to 17th June a 400 euro deposit will be required.
- Pets may be permitted on request, where permitted a cash security deposit of 200 euros is required. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
