The kitchen is open to the living area making cooking a social affair. Fitted to a high standard it has everything you will need for your self catering stay. It is equipped with a two ring hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a complete set of utensils and crockery are also provided.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a stylish ensuite bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.
There is a separate bathroom, which is smart and contemporary, with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
The apartment also has internet access, a safe and a hairdryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable in cash, on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card. If paying by Amex, a 5% processing charge will apply. If paying by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro, a 2% processing charge will apply.
- For cancellations received more than 30 days before the start day of the booking no further charges will apply.
- For cancellations received between 30 days and 1 day before the start day of the booking a further 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received within 24 hours of the start day of the booking the full balance will become due.
- For this apartment check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 11am. Arrivals between 8pm and 11pm attract a charge of Euros 25, payable on arrival. Check-ins after 11pm attract a charge of Euros 40, payable on arrival.
- A refundable security deposit of Euros 300 is required on arrival, payable by in cash or credit card.
