Ramblas is the common name of an emblematic walk in Barcelona stretching from the centre of the city to the old Port. This area is full of life throughout the day and night. It is full of flower stalls, cafeterias, restaurants and street performers. Walking along Ramblas there is the famous “La Boquería Market” and right in front of the building there is “Grand Teatre del Liceu” famous for its classic opera and ballets.
The apartment is in a great central location with connections by metro and train close by you can access the entire city, It is also within walking distance of many of the major attractions.
The living/dining area is comfortable and modern, with a sofa, coffe table, lamps, TV/DVD, wifi internet access and a dining table with seating for four guests.
The kitchen is open to the living/dining area and is equipped with a complete set of kitchenware, ceramic-plate cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washer-dryer machine, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom is at the opposite side of the apartment, separated from the kitchen and living area by a corridor. It has a double bed, nightlamps and closet. It faces an inner patio so it is quiet and has natural light.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, handbasin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a security deposit of EUR 200. This can be paid for in cash or by credit card and will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm and before 2am will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between 2am and 8am will be charged at 50 EUR.
