This comfortable three bedroom apartment is right in the authentic Barcelona area of Gracia. A minute from the metro station and just behind one of the stops for the famous Tourist stop on stop off buses. Just three stops on the metro to Passeig de Gracia and less than ten minutes to Placa Catalunya. Ideal for those who want to discover the real Barcelona between Passig Sant Joan and Passeig de Gracia and close to the best cinema for original language version films (not dubbed).
The apartment is on the fifth floor (with 2 lifts) sunny and light with all windows facing the street but is super quiet.
There are beautiful wooden parquet floors throughout with a balcony off the living area over looking the street.
The living area is air conditioned and has a double sofa bed TV, DVD, Stereo and WiFi internet connection. There is a standard lamp and dining table.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven, four ring hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer plus iron and ironing board.
The main bedroom has a double bed with a large fitted wardrobe. Simple and tasteful there are bedside cabinets and reading lamps on both sides of the bed.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed, bedside cabinet and large mirror with a good sized fitted wardrobe.
The bathroom is clean and bright with mosaic tiled walls with a bath and overhead shower, w.c., sink, bidet and a hairdryer is provided.
The apartment is air-conditioned, heated and has fast WiFi internet access.
A great value apartment packed with every amenity in a super location for business or pleasure.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals after 10pm will be charged a late check in fee of 30 EUR.
- Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 400 euros payable by credit card.
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
- Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- No Show.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
