The L'Eixample neighborhood is characterized by Moderniste architecture, designer shopping and wide boulevards. It is one of the most beautiful areas of the city with Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya separating the neighborhood into the left and right sides (Eixample Esquerra and Eixample Dret). This apartment is located on the far side of the neighborhood near the famous Sagrada Familia Temple. The area is bursting with hip bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other attractions.
The apartment occupies the whole first floor of a beautiful "post-modernista" building. The building is situated on a quiet street, with natural light in all rooms and a small standing balcony.
The living/dining area is light and airy, with a comfortable sofa, armchair, soft stool, coffee table, side-table, lamps and TV. The dining suite has a table with seating for six guests.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic-plate hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and a complete set of kitchenware including wine and champagne glasses. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
There are two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a single bed and a second single which pulls out from underneath, bedside table and lamp and storage space.
Off the lounge there is also a semi-enclosed sleeping area which has two pull out single beds.
The main bathroom has a full bath with shower, washbasin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
This comfortable apartment is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring everything this amazing city has to offer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a security deposit of EUR 200. This can be paid for in cash or by credit card and will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm and before 2am will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between 2am and 8am will be charged at 50 EUR.
