This apartment is located in the heart of the up-scale central district of Eixample, with the stunning Sagrada Familia just moments away. This fascinating district is suitable for those who want to sample all this amazing city has to offer, with the major places of interest easily accessible, whilst staying in refined and peaceful surroundings. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets and with a metro close by the rest of the city is extremely accessible. La Rambla and the beaches are just a short metro ride away or a quick taxi ride.
This spacious apartment is decorated in a contemporary, clean and unfussy style, with quality furnishings giving it a calm and relaxed ambiance.
The living room is filled with natural light and with wood flooring throughout it retains a warm and cosy feel. There is a large comfortable sofa, two armchairs, coffee tables, a TV/DVD with English channels, and a small workstation with internet access. There is also a dining area with dining table and seating for six. From the living room you can access the balcony, with stylish patio furniture it is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun.
The modern independent kitchen is fitted to a high standard and is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. It is equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a complete set of utensils and crockery are also provided.
There are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be made as a double on request, bedside tables and lamps. A safety deposit box is also provided.
The modern, stylish bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk in shower, hand basin, WC and hairdryer.
This spacious and comfortable apartment is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring everything this amazing city has to offer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building we require a security deposit of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.

The tool where you can investigate which buildings have multiple apartments is very clever and useful; I came with 9 others and as we could not find any nice 10-person places we chose your company as we could have 10 of us on the same floor in 2 apartments.

"We found a small restaurant close to the Diagnal metro station almost opposite the Bar Mut. The Bar Mut is very busy as it is mentioned in guide books and recently in the Sunday Times but we thought it rather over priced so crossed the road to the little place next to a Thai restaurant that promoted 10 tapas for 15 eu. We tried it and found the staff attentive and welcoming. There were 4 of us so we had 2 lots of tapas which were served beautifully and at a nice pace. They included white anchovies, crab, stuffed peppers, croquettas with cheese among others, all delicious and excellent value. We didn't need a main course so had the postres de la casa which proved equally lovely, including cheesecake, white chocolate pyramid and home made ice creams. Good wines too, 4 of us ate for 63 eu total. Sorry I don't remember what is was called!"
