This beautifully renovated building is located in the city's new innovation district, where the latest technology and contemporary design meet.
La Republica comprises ground floor and two upper floors and has spacious and bright designer apartment for up to four people, which truly stand out for their combination of brick walls and large windows of steel, cement and glass. Ideal for long stays for business or pleasure.
Facilities for guests' use include a private garden, a terrace with views over all of Barcelona, a solarium and pool. All apartments are air conditioned and heated. A baby cot can be provided on request and there is parking available at a charge and subject to availability.

This loft style executive studio apartment has large windows filling the apartment with light. There is a combined sleeping, living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. It has more space than the standard studio apartment also available in this building.
There are two single beds and a sofa bed (please note that in one of these apartments there is a double bed and a double sofa bed). A TV, CD player and WiFi internet access is provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with an induction cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker. coffee pot, washing machine and dryer. There are plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
The bathroom has either a bath or a shower, W.C and a hand basin.
The apartment also has an iron and ironing board, a safe and a hair dryer.
Pets are welcome.

- Payment:
Fee: 1,10 EURO person/per night . Local/City tax must be paid upon arrival with maximum charge per person/per stay of 7.7 Eur. This Tax will apply for all stays as from November the 1st 2012. This tax must apply 10% VAT not included.
- A refundable security deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival either in cash or by credit card.
- Cancellations:
- The initial booking deposit is non refundable.
- For bookings including the dates February 24, 25, 26, 27 If you cancel or modify your booking within 14 days of your arrival you will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
- For bookings including the dates February 28, 29, If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
- For bookings including the dates September 7, 8, 9, 10 and September 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival you will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
- Other dates:
- You must cancel more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival you will be charged 50% of the reservation value.
- Check-in is from 2.00pm
