The apartment is situated amid the hustle and bustle of the world famous La Rambla and the Boqueria Market, the most important market in Barcelona, with over three hundred stalls selling a huge variety of food products is close at hand. Once inside the apartment is quiet, a relaxing haven from the hustle and bustle outside.
This apartment is finished to a high standard with comfort in mind. Decorated in a contemporary, clean and unfussy style, with all the comforts of home.
The open plan living/dining room is a great space, with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, a flat screen TV and WiFi internet access. You can open the double doors and access the terrace which has a table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining.
The kitchen is open to the living area making cooking a social affair. Fitted to a high standard it has everything you will need for your self catering stay. It is equipped with an oven/hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and a complete set of utensils and crockery are also provided.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, or two singles on request, a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
The ensuite bathroom is smart and contemporary, with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
This stylish apartment offers a great base in a fantastic location, perfect for enjoying a unique experience in this amazing city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable in cash, on arrival.
- A baby cot can be provided on request at a cost of euros 30, a high chair cannot be provided.
- Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
- Arrivals on Sundays and bank holidays there is an extra fee of 30 Euro which is NOT included in the price.
- Arrivals after 8pm there is a 30 Euro fee after 11pm 40 Euro and after 24H 50 Euro late check in fee, which is NOT included in the price quoted.
- Check out is at 11am, late check outs may be available on request at a cost of 30 Euros.
- A cash security deposit of euros 300 is required on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card.
- Cancellations.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival a fee of 15% of the total bill will be charged.
Cancellations made 3 to 14 days prior to arrival a fee of 50% of the total bill will be charged.
Cancellations made from 0 to 2 days before date of arrival 100% of the total bill will be charged.
