This cool, chic apartment is located just a minutes walk from the world famous La Rambla, with La Boqueria market just around the corner and an abundance of cafes, tapas bars and restaurants on the doorstep, not to mention the fabulous street entertainers, artists and wonderful flower stalls and easy access to the rest of this amazing city, the central location is hard to beat.
This is one of 12 apartments located in two adjoining buildings. The apartments are furnished in a very clean and contemporary style, with exposed brickwork and wonderful parquet floors, they are a comfortable retreat after the hustle and bustle of this amazing, vibrant city.
The open plan living/kitchen dining area is a welcoming space, with stylish yet comfortable furnishings complementing it's individual character.
The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table with seating for four, smart flat screen TV and WiFi internet access. The warm tones from the wood flooring, the exposed brickwork and the interesting artwork make this a charming and relaxing space.
From the living/dining area you can access the small standing balcony which overlooks the street.
The kitchen is compact but very functional and is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay. It has a fridge, microwave oven, two ring vitro-ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery are provided.
The bedroom has two single beds which can be made together as a double or separately as two singles on request. There is an open wardrobe with plenty of hanging and drawer space, bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has stylish fittings, with a spacious walk in shower, W.C. and hand basin.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated for year round comfort and has a safety deposit box for your valuables. A hairdryer and Iron are also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Stag and Hen parties are not permitted in these apartments.
- The remaining balance can be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash on arrival.
- Cancellations.
For cancellations advised more than 30 days before the start day of your booking a charge of 10% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations advised between 30 and 15 days before the start day of your booking a charge of 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations advised between 14 and 8 days before the start day of your booking a charge of 75% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations advised within 7 days of the start day of your booking, and for no-shows the full outstanding balance will be charged.
- Guests will be required to provide a security bond of Euros 150 in cash on arrival.
- For arrivals after 10pm there is a charge of Euros 20 which must be paid in cash at check-in.
