Rambla Ferran #4, Smart budget apartment with private terrace, right by La Rambla

This great studio is one of nine studio apartments in this totally refurbished and historic building right in the heart of Old Town Barcelona. The building enjoys a privileged position, opposite the archway leading into one of Barcelona's most celebrated plazas - Plaza Real which is lined with popular cafes and restaurants. The apartments are also right next to the world famous "La Rambla" - you can see La Rambla from the apartment windows and the central hub of the city - Placa Catalunya - is just round the corner. With a metro station just a minute's walk away even the frenetic city beaches are within easy reach.

This apartment does have a separate bedroom area but it is not fully closed off - the apartment is studio style. It has been furnished with simple style and quality with beautiful wooden floors, large ceiling-height windows giving a very bright and airy feel - a perfect retreat after a hard days sightseeing!

The living area has a large double sofa bed, a second single sofa bed, and a third armchair. There is dining for four and a TV with international channels, DVD, Hi-Fi and WiFi internet access.

The bedroom area has two twin beds, which can be moved together or separated depending on requirements. There is a large wardrobe suitable for storing luggage and all those new clothes!

The kitchen is sleek and modern and is fully equipped with microwave oven/grill, 2-ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are all provided. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

The bathroom is small but beautifully finished in cool, white tiles - there is a bath, shower, WC, hand basin and a hairdryer is provided.

This apartment also enjoys a great little patio terrace with dinning table and chairs - great for sipping a cool glass of cava before venturing out for dinner!

These are well priced, simply furnished apartments located in a fabulously central position - they make an ideal base for a visit to buzzing Barcelona.

With heating and air conditioning this studio is a great choice all year round.

• Payment:
• For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable on arrival.
• A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building the manager requires a security deposit of EUR 250, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 EUR for each apartment in a booking.
• This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
• Cancellations.
• The initial booking deposit is non refundable.
• For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
• For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.
