This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Just minutes from the beautiful Passeig de Gracia - Barcelona's premier shopping boulevard and just a 5 minute walk to the Placa de Catalunya and the world famous La Rambla and with many main attractions close by, including La Pedrera and Casa Batllo.
The apartment is in a building full of character and charm, where the essence of authentic Barcelona joins stately modern living. It is bright, spacious and elegant with up-scale furnishings and facilities and wonderful mosiac tiles, typical of the modernista style so celebrated in this area.
The living room is spacious and full of natural light. It is a wonderful space to relax in after a hard days sightseeing. There are two comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, TV and internet access. This room also exhibits some fabulous art work which is available to buy. Adjoining the living area is the open plan master bedroom with a sumptious double bed and stylish ensuite bathroom complete with a bath with overhead shower, handbasin and W.C.
The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with contemporary stainless steel units and great appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are provided making entertaining at home a simple affair.
There are three further bedrooms, two have two single beds and the third bedroom is situated in the attic area. It has one single bed with another single bed stored underneath which can be pulled out and an ensuite bathroom. Please note that as shown in the photographs, the Attic room and bathroom has a restricted height of 1.61 meters.
The third bathroom is situated on the balcony area which can be closed and has blinds which can be closed for privacy, it has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and W.C. A hair dryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that we are unable to provide a high chair for this apartment, a cot can be provided.
- Arrivals between 9.00pm and 11.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 EUR. Between 11.00pm and 08.00am the charge will be 40 EUR. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 3% will be applied.
- Cancellations
- For cancellations received up to one month before the arrival date there is no further charge, within one month and up to 15 days before arrival a further 30% of the total cost will be charged up to 7 days before arrival 70% will be charged and within 7 days of the arrival date the full remaining balance will be payable. During the 3GSM conference in 2013 cancellations received within two months of the start date will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
- The security deposit must be paid on arrival. This can be in cash or by credit card. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For bookings of two or more apartments in the same building a euro 500 security deposit will be required.
