Situated in a traditional building the apartment has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The style is modern yet sympathetic to the surroundings. Its funky yet cool and comfortable. The open plan style ensures a light and bright living space that feels spacious and calm.
The large lounge / dining / kitchen area is stylish and well appointed with a large smart double sofa bed, lamps, TV, DVD and wireless internet. The immaculate wooden floors create an light and attractive area.
Dining is around the marble top table and designer chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There are pots, pans, crockery and tableware.
The bedroom area is light and calm and has a large queen size bed with reading lamps.
The bathroom is modern and sleek. Fully tiled it has a modern hand basin, W.C. and shower.
There is a private terrace with furniture to enjoy a relaxing glass of cava after a busy days sightseeing. Please note, the terrace is not accessed directly from within the apartment but is accessed via communal stairway up to the roof area.
Located in the heart of the old town, just minutes from La Rambla and Placa Catalunya this is a perfect spot for your break in Barcelona.
Please note the apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellation within 28 days of the start date of the booking is subject to a further cancellation fee that will be charged to the credit card, making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.

We had a fantastic stay and found the apartment and your company - loving barcelona very good indeed. What a quick, easy way of finding accommodation. The apartment itself was in such a good location we were so impressed. Very good website - good detail - excellent follow through service from Loving Barcelona - several voice mails left in relation to reservation confirmation and follow up email - much appreciated as was travelling when booking was made
I travel a lot for work - and I really think apartments are the way to go where possible for the same price or lower than a good hotel you get so much more room and freedom. you cant get anywhere more central - excellent for short stays and you obtain a more residential feeling than staying at a hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Although it was a long trip to the fourth floor, we got used to it and actually appreciated it after a heavy meal. "The tourist bus is very good. We had a boy of 9 with us so enjoyed Parc Guell and Magic Fountain and the beaches very much. Went to Picasso Museum took a bit of finding and tried the L'economic Restuarant for lunch which was excellent. and very good value. Tried Paella at one of the beach side restarants at Olympic Port whichwas superb. The Tourist information people are great very helpful."
