With a metro right outside, Plaza de Catalunya and la Rambla are just a 7-minute ride away. The Olympic Village and the
beautiful beaches are only a few minutes walk from the apartment and The Barcelona Forum is within easy walking distance.
Poble Nou has it's own Rambla full of shops, authentic, friendly restaurants, cosy bars and great cafes.
The apartment consists of a large light and airy living room with dinning area, TV, DVD, stereo and WiFi internet access, plus a terrace which surrounds the apartment, ideal for the afternoon & evening sun.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and a third single bedroom.
There is a contemporary bathroom, with a walk in shower, bidet and basin.
This is a great apartment, ideal for the beaches and with a metro just outside, its perfect for whizzing around this buzzing city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals between 8.00pm and 10.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros. After 10.00pm the charge will be 35 euros.
- Guests will be required to give a 150 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
