Located right off the world famous La Rambla this apartment is itself a work of art. Its location is also hard to beat with La Rambla at the end of the street and surrounded by a plethora of tapas bars, cafes restaurants and some of the best shopping in Europe!

This apartment is on the second floor of a traditional Bari Gotic building. There is a small lobby with space age silver blue walls and a stunning 200 year old antique Chinese carved door. From this lobby you enter the studio apartment.

Throughout the apartment there are beautiful exposed oak beams on the ceiling and rich wooden floors giving a touch of simple classic style - an eye-catching contrast to the finely patterned wall paper from the contemporary collection of a well known Barcelona designer adding a more ornate touch. The colours are simple but are carried off with flair. In the hallway there is a Barcelona modernist style mirrored cupboard, one of the many genuine artefacts in the apartment.

In the main space of the studio is a stunning wrought iron four poster double bed made up with sumptuous white bed linen. During the day this can be then used as a sofa with an ornate cover to throw over with Indian cushions. From here you can watch DVD's on the plasma screen TV, which add a modern touch to the eclectic mix of decor and furnishings. There is then access out through tall French doors to the terrace in the interior patio.

Open from the living area is a dining area with a drop leaf table and 2 Dutch dining chairs from the beginning of the last century.

The shower room is ultra modern with a large glass fronted shower and stainless steel sink, set into a wooden surround and w.c.

The kitchen is fully equipped with SMEG appliances including a fridge freezer, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker

The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and has ADSL internet connection. It is an interior apartment so sheltered from any street noise but so only has views out onto the internal patio.

Located right on one of the three main shopping avenues in Barcelona this apartment is a great base for being immersed in art and shopping. A truly memorable setting for your stay in Buzzing Barcelona!

Additional Booking Conditions:

• If cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
• Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
• If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
