Right on the marina front at Port Vell (meaning Old Port) this is an ultra-modern, very smart 2 bedroom apartment.

With neutral whites and greys, splashes of colour from large modern art pieces this apartment has a serene luxurious feel. The highly polished white floors and white walls reflect the Mediterranean light to make this a bright apartment. Combined in perfect harmony with the sleek modern look are the exposed beams and original brick work.

The corridor off the apartment leads to the dining room and the state of the art kitchen, which also has a breakfast bar of solid grey stone. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all the mod cons, to ensure a hassle free stay. (Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and microwave).

The huge dining room features a glass table with four leather chairs, which can be enlarged to offer space for up to eight guests.

The living room has two large comfortable four seater sofas, big plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD and Stereo. One of the sofas is a sofa bed and can accommodate two guests.
Dining and living room have large French windows leading to a balcony with chairs where the guest can enjoy amazing views over the port.
The combination of an approximately 400 year old antique stone wall, high ceilings with wooden beams combined with the ultra modern look of this room gives a very warm atmosphere.

The apartment has two bedroom suites. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed which can be separated into two single beds, built-in closet and a glass work desk.
The spacious en-suite bathroom is as stylish and elegant in style as the rest of the apartment. It comes with fantastic power shower that has mosaic tiles and the look of the whole bathroom is understated elegance. The bathroom features a glass shower, two washbasins, a bidet and WC.

The second bedroom suite has a king size bed, built-in closet and is located on the opposite side of the apartment to offer the guests a maximum of privacy. The second bathroom features a huge shower, washbasin and WC.

The apartment has a phone for receiving calls, or calling with a
prepaid card. Iron and hairdryer are also provided.

Located right on the harbour front, with La Rambla, ultra-trendy El Borne, and the beaches of Barceloneta all only a few minutes stroll away, this is an exciting apartment in a fantastic location.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• We are sorry but Stag or Hen party groups will not be permitted.
• Arrivals after 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros.
• Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
• Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
• If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid..
