This charming apartment is located in the Poblenou neighbourhood of the city centre and is just a 7 minute walk away from the Marbella and Bogatel beach - the best of the city beaches. La Rambla Poble Nou is just round the corner and is great for soaking up the local ambience with its many cafes, food markets and restaurants. With a metro close by the rest of the city is also very convenient. Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla are just 8 minute's ride away.
Alongside the newly-built, up scale Vila Olympica and Diagonal Mar areas, many artists and young professionals have converted the former factories and warehouses into lofts, galleries, and shops. Art & Design schools and studios have also opened, making the area known for its creative outlook.
The apartment has been decorated in neutral tones with high quality finishings. There is a living area, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors. Please note that there are stairs in the apartment.
First floor:
The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee table with reading lamp, TV with international channels and a DVD player, ipod docking station and a dining table with five chairs.
The open design kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic plate cooker and oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, toaster, squeezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine and all the cookware that you will require during your stay.
The first bedroom has two combinable single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, storage cupboard, wardrobe and drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
Second Floor:
The third bedroom has two combinable single beds, bedside tables and lamps.
The second bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC.
Complimentary wireless internet connection is available.
Fully air conditioned.
There is a telephone with a free local call service. It may be possible for a baby cot to be added on request.
A washing/ drying machine, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
There is a weekly maid and linen service.
An airport service is available on request.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable in cash, on arrival.
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a security deposit of EUR 200. This can be paid for in cash or by credit card and will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm and before 2am will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between 2am and 8am will be charged at 50 EUR.
