Plaza Real #7, Great location - authentic style
Located in a refurbished traditional Barri Gotic building this attractive apartment is right in the heart of the centre, in the Plaza Real (Royal) right next to the world famous La Rambla.
Refurbished with contemporary features, but retaining many of the original features you get a real feel of historic Barcelona. The apartment is simple yet stylish and comfortable.
The lounge area has a large sofa, TV with DVD and CD player. The standing balcony overlooks the street full of restaurants and cafes.
The kitchen area is simple - equipped with a four-ring hob, full electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. We also provide crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils etc.
There is a dining table for 3.
The bedroom is very attractive with a large iron bed, wardrobe and lamps.
The fully tiled bathroom has a w.c. and a large shower (no bath).
The apartment has a safety deposit box and there is A/C and heating throughout the apartment.
This is ideal for guests looking to be right in the heart of the old town with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. A mixture of modern conveniences and rustic old town ambience makes this a perfect base for your Barcelona experience.
Please note, the apartment is located in an area famed for its great nightlife - ideal if this is your thing but not for those wanting an early night!
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For cancellations received more than 48 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking

When there was confusion someone came to see us immediately. The apartment we ended up with was exactly as shown on the internet. The neighbours were well behaved, i think perhaps your notice about good behaviour worked. The floor was lovely tiles and the ceiling was character-ful. The bed was good being kingsize. The flat was very clean and tidy. I'm glad it had a balcony. The website was clear and friendly, the email also. I wish I had seen your FAQs & answers before i booked because they were very helpful. I would have great confidence in booking with you again. It was good to have a safe in the apartment."

"Barcalona is such a beautiful city steeped in so much history. Segrada Familia left us both speechless. The Casa Batllo Gaudi houses are also a must!! The man was genius!! Such stunning houses. The architecture of the buildings is breathtaking. There is so much to see and do. I could never tire of going to Barcalona.
Our favourite restaurant was Genove 1911. The tapas was to die for. The staff were lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much."
