A spacious 3-bedroom apartment, with high ceilings and lots of light, in a beautifully restored building, exemplifying the typical Modernista passion for decoration and detail, from the iron-worked balcony railings to the original patterned tiled floors. The apartment is located just a 10 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia or a 5 minute Metro ride to Placa de Catalunya.
The lounge is spacious with double sofa bed, dining for 6, coffee table and TV and CD player, and a standing balcony. A DVD player is available on request.
From the lounge, double doors open onto the first bedroom. With 2 single beds that have been pushed together to make a double, a large wardrobe, a standing balcony and bedside tables and lamps. A safety deposit box is also provided. Off the bedroom is an en suite bathroom with full bath and shower.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds separated by a bedside table and lamp, and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom again has 2 single beds separated by a bedside table and lamp, and a wardrobe. Also from this bedroom you can step out onto a roof terrace overlooking the Placa - the perfect place to enjoy a glass a cava at sundown.
The kitchen is modern and clean and fully equipped with oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The second bathroom is fully tiled with stylish grey granite and chrome fixtures. It has a shower and a hairdryer is also provided.
The apartment has beautiful original tiled floors, is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi fast internet (your laptop must be equipped for WiFi).
This is a fantastically comfortable apartment for large groups that demand a smart building with character in a smart location.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building we require a security deposit of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the apartments!!! I was so pleased when we walked in. They were lovely and airy and of a very high standard. The roof terrace in number 11 was even better than I had hoped for, and easily accommodated everyone from the three apartments for pre-dinner drinks.
