Situated in the heart of the Old Town, at the top of Rambla de Raval, and just a few minutes walk to the main La Rambla, this apartment is a smart budget base in the centre of the city.
The apartment has been decorated simply and brightly with whites and oatmeals. The furnishings are modern and comfortable.
From the front door you step into hallway which becomes a large kitchen area with all the equipment you need including 4 ring hob and oven, large fridge freezer, washer, dryer and microwave.
The lounge has a large sofa bed, that provides sleeping for 2. The sofa faces the TV and Hi-Fi. There is dining for 4. French windows open onto a small standing balcony onto the bustling street L'Hospital. This room has air-conditioning. A DVD player is available on request.
At the other end of the apartment is the large master bedroom with open shelving and storage.
The second small bedroom has a single bed, with another single stored underneath that pulls out, and again open storage and shelving.
The completely mosaic tiled bathroom has a shower (no bath). A hairdryer is available on request.
In a very central area of the Old Town, just minutes to the famous Boqueria market on La Rambla, the area of Raval can appear a little intimidating to some, or an exciting bustling authentic experience to others. Staying in this smart budget apartment you'll be in a great base to explore!

There are 11 stairs from the main door of the building up to the lift access.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building we require a security deposit of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.

We had arranged with our greeter to meet at the apartment at 8pm but we were delayed by train. He had no problem in rearranging to meet 45 mins later than planned and was at the apartment waiting to let us in. This was much appreciated, especially after a full day of travelling.

The apartment was spotless and perfect for us as a family of 5. The location was great - just off Las Ramblas very central. We loved Barcelona and plan to come back later on this year. The website is very easy to use and correspondence is quick. I will definately use Loving Barcelona again and would recommend to others.

We had an absolutely brilliant time. Our greeter was great; on time, friendly and helpful. The apartments were, indeed, clean and comfortable and ideally situated close to La Rambla. We were aware we had to be cautious of pick pockets but coming from North London, we did not feel unsafe!
