The apartments really show off the architecture of this traditional Barcelona building, with beautiful tile and beam ceilings and exposed stone walls that give the apartments a light and airy feel during the day, and a cosy, relaxing ambience at night.
There are several apartments in this block, the photos are taken from a selection of them, and are representative of the style of and features of each apartment.
The apartment sleeps 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge area.
The modern bathroom has designer fittings including a walk-in shower (no bath). A hairdryer is also provided.
The kitchen area is well equipped, complete with all the necessities for self-catering.
The apartment has a safety deposit box.
With central heating and air-conditioning this apartment can be enjoyed all year round.
El Borne is one of Barcelona's most fashionable areas for its bright young things. Buzzing with creative types, professionals, and families, El Borne has become a centre for innovative restaurants, cool bars, unusual boutiques and funky home furnishing stores. Just round the corner from the pretty tree-lined boulevard of Passeig Del Borne, it's a great place to hang out, take a coffee or sip a cool beer in one of the many cafe terraces.
With the beaches just a short walk away, the Barri Gotic even closer (the apartments are 200 m. from the Picasso Museum), and a metro around the corner, El Borne enjoys an enviable location and a wonderful atmosphere. A great base for a trip to buzzing Barcelona.
Please note: we have 5 apartments of this type - they are virtually identical and are furnished and decorated in the same style as shown in the photos, the photos are a mixture from across the building.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- The apartment will be clean when you arrive. For stays of 8 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned during your stay. For shorter stays if additional cleaning is required this can be arranged at additional cost of EUR 30.
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For cancellations received more than 48 hours before the start date of the booking no additional charges will be made. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the start date of the booking a charge will be make equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking

We were very please with the apartment. It had a lovely spacious feel with lots of character. The greeters were very polite, friendly and accommodating.
A large chest of 4 drawers and bedside drawers would be a good idea aswell as some hooks by the door to hang coats

"origen tapas restaurant near the apartment. sagrada familia is mind blowing and well worth a visit. cable car was good but we had quite a long wait for such a short trip. The walk through the park at the far end towards the art gallery is nice. The metro is really efficient and reasonable. Local markets are worth a visit for some amazing fresh food. The seafood restaurant Botafumeiro on Carrer Gran de Gracia isn't cheap but the food is fantastic."
