This beautiful up-scale apartment enjoys an incredible location. The building faces right on to the Placa de Catalunya, the hub of the city. With La Rambla directly across the plaza and the shopping paradise of Passeig de Gracia in the adjoining street this superior location is hard to beat. Located to the rear of the building it is a haven of peace and tranquillity in an ultra urban location.

The apartment has been furnished with luxury in mind. With sumptuous solid wood floors throughout and beautiful fixtures and fittings, it offers both design and comfort in equal measure.

The living room is spacious and extremely quiet. With a beautiful sofa, mood lighting, plasma TV with DVD and electronic blinds it is a relaxing and calm space in which to relax after a busy day in the city. In addition there is a dinning table and chairs for four. Wi-Fi Internet access is also available.
The french windows open out onto a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy a well deserved glass of chilled cava before heading out to one of the many fabulous restaurants and tapas bars in the neighbouring streets.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
• Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
• No Show. If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
