The buildings privileged location in Els Jardinets on Paseo de Gracia affords the apartments plenty of light and great views, and shields them from the noise of the city.
The world famous La Rambla is a pleasant twenty minute stroll down the wonderful tree lined avenue, with pavement cafes, tapas bars, great shops, and fabulous architecture, this is a vibrant and interesting area, yet offering a more refined setting in which to relax at night. The location is hard to beat.
The apartments are finished to a high standard with comfort and relaxation in mind, with a double bedroom, complete bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area. They are equipped with heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe-deposit box and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
The open plan living/dining room is a wonderful space in which to relax after a hard day sightseeing, with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, a large flat screen TV/DVD and wifi internet access is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishwasher, fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, iron and blender.
The bedroom has a double bed, plus a large wardrobe and flat screen TV. Both the living room and the bedroom have their own balconies with views of Paseo de Gracia.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
No smoking is permitted in the apartments.
The building has a concierge and security cameras.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable in cash, on arrival.
- If arriving between 9 pm and midnight there is a late check in supplement of 20 euros. Arrivals after midnight will be charged an extra 6 euros per hour.
- A cash deposit of euros 300 is required at check in, the deposit shall be returned at check out once it has been proven that the apartment and everything inside is in the same state as it was when handed over to the client.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation, no refund of the deposits paid by the client shall be made under any circumstances.
- Should the client change their dates, this will be construed as a new stay and shall be subject to the terms of the cancellation policy.
- Any cancellation, including force majeure, shall be subject to this cancellation policy. Travel insurance including cancellation cover is recommended.
