This modern apartment is located in Calle Calderon de la Barca, in the upper area of the city on a hill. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood that has a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, bars, churches, and in general all you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
Located just 10 minutes walk from Park Guell, designed by the architect Antonio Gaudi, the greatest exponent of Catalan modernism, and built between 1900 and 1914. The most striking features of the park are the mosaics of broken tiles,and the impressive panoramic views across the city.
Included in the apartment is WiFi internet access, cots and high chairs for babies (on request), and a weekly bed linen and towel change and clean. On-site parking is available upon request for 20€/day.

This three bedroom apartment has a living room, dining area and kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony.
The living room is light and bright and has a sofa bed, an armchair, a flat screen TV with DVD player and an iPOD docking station. Large patio doors open out onto the balcony which has a table and chairs.
The dining area is open plan to the living area and has a dining table and chairs for six people.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, and crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The master bedroom has twin beds combined as a double, bedside table, and a wardrobe, plus an en suite bathroom with a bath, W.C, hand basin and mirror. The second bedroom has two single bunk beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed, bedside table and a wardrobe.
There is a second bathroom with a shower hand basin and WC.
The apartment enjoys air conditioning. There is a parking space available in the building on request and subject to availability. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, a hair dryer and an iron.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a security deposit of EUR 200. This can be paid for in cash or by credit card and will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm and before 2am will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between 2am and 8am will be charged at 50 EUR.
