This apartment is located in the heart of the up-scale central district of Eixample, with the stunning Sagrada Familia close by. This fascinating district is suitable for those who want to sample all this amazing city has to offer, with the major places of interest easily accessible, whilst staying in refined and peaceful surroundings. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets and with a metro close by the rest of the city is extremely accessible. La Rambla and the beaches are just a short metro ride away or a quick taxi ride.
The apartment is modern and bright. In the living/dining area there is a smart sofa, coffee tables, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and internet access.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, kettle and plenty of pots, pans and tableware. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, three each with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The apartment has two full bathrooms one with a walk in shower and one with a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and W.C. a hair dryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200. This will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between midnight and 3am will be charged at 50 EUR. Check in after this time will not be possible.
