This exclusive apartment boasts a fabulous location in the new neighbourhood of Vila Olympica, built for the Olympic games in 1992. The apartment is located close to Nova Icaria, Barceloneta and Bogatell beaches and the cool harbour of Port Olympic with its mix of bars, restaurants and shops and Ciutadella Park and the zoo are just a five minute walk away. A ten minute stroll will lead you to the old town and just four stops on the metro will take you to the heart of the city centre.

The apartment is situated in a modern complex with communal gardens, swimming pool and 24hr security.

The spacious open plan lounge/dinning room has stunning floor to ceiling windows, inviting the wonderful Mediterranean sunlight to flood into the apartment. • If cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
• Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
• If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
