This beautiful up-scale apartment in Barcelona enjoys an incredible location, just five minutes walk from Placa de Catalunya, the hub of the city.

With La Rambla close by and the shopping paradise of Passeig de Gracia in the adjoining street this superior location is hard to beat. This apartment is a haven of peace and tranquillity in an ultra urban location.

The living room is spacious and quiet. With a beautiful white leather sofa, TV/DVD/CD, high ceilings and wood flooring make this a relaxing and calm space in which to unwind after a busy day in the city. In addition there is a dinning table and chairs for six guests and Internet access is also available.
From the lounge you can access the wonderful open gallery, with large double doors opening up to let in the cool mediterranean air, the perfect place to enjoy a well deserved glass of chilled cava before heading out to one of the many fabulous restaurants and tapas bars in the neighbouring streets.

The modern designer kitchen is well equipped with a full oven/ hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine. It has all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you will need for entertaining at home.

There are two stylish double bedrooms, each furnished to a high standard, with bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe for storage. The master bedroom has a stunning ensuite bathroom with a fabulous hydrotherapy bath. The third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. There are two extra single beds that can be placed in a bedroom or in the living area on request.

There are two more smart bathrooms, each with a bath and overhead shower, WC and handbasin.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• This apartment has an age restriction for non family groups. In this case guests must be aged 35 or older.
• If the Claris apartment has been booked there is a security deposit of 400 euros payable by credit card. This overrides the additional booking condition in relation to deposits set out below.
• Arrivals after 10pm will be charged a late check in fee of 30 EUR.
• From November 1st 2012 a local tourist tax will be introduced for Barcelona. For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.75 per person, per night. (unders 16's are not charged).
• Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 400 euros payable by credit card.
• Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
• For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
• Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
• Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
• No Show. If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
