The beautiful Ciutadella park and zoo are also within walking distance from the apartment
The apartment consists of a kitchen/diner, large airy living/dinning room with TV & stereo.
There are three bedrooms that sleep 6 people. One bedroom has a double bed and the others have twin beds. There are also two bathrooms, one en-suite.
The modern kitchen has everything you need for a long weekend or week in the city. Fully fitted with full hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dish washer.
The apartment enjoys a very sunny terrace with great views and plenty of sun.
This is a lovely apartment, well equipped and well located, especially for the beaches.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals between 8.00pm and 10.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros. After 10.00pm the charge will be 35 euros.
- Guests will be required to give a 150 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
