This smart apartment is located in the heart of the fascinating central district of Poblenou, just a short stroll to the best beaches in Barcelona. Alongside the newly-built, upscale Vila Olympica and Diagonal Mar areas, many artists and young professionals have converted the former factories and warehouses into lofts, galleries, and shops.
Art & Design schools and studios have also opened, making the area a centre for creativity. The apartment is close to the leafy Rambla de Poble Nou, which stretches from Avinguda Diagonal to the beach and is an alternative to Barcelona's more well-known La Rambla. Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla are just 8 minute's metro ride away.
The apartment is stylish and modern offering up-scale and comfortable accommodation. The bright and spacious living/dining area has smart wooden floors, designer furniture and a flat screen LCD TV. There is a dinning table and chairs for four and a well equipped, modern kitchen. The kitchen has a full hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine (2 complimentary capsules provided) and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
There are two good sized bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes.
There are two smart bathrooms one with bath and overhead shower and the other has a walk in shower.
The apartment has a safety deposit which can be hired for 1.5 euros per day.
Car parking is available for 15 euros per day.
A cot/crib can also be hired in advance - 5 euros per day.
Wi-Fi internet is provided free of charge.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment check-in is at the apartment management office located just 2 minutes walk away from the apartment.
- Cancellations.
- For cancellations received between 6 weeks and 15 days prior to the arrival date of the booking an additional 20% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received 15 days or less prior to the arrival date of the booking the full outstanding balance will be charged.
- Security Bond
- A pre-authorisation via credit card is required at check-in as follows:-
- For bookings of 3 to 7 nights: Euros 200
- For bookings of one to two weeks: Euros 300
- For bookings of two to three weeks: Euros 400
- For bookings of three to four weeks: Euros 500
- Provided the apartment is returned in the same condition as at check-in, the deposit amount will be cancelled.
- Check-in for this apartment is from 4pm at the apartment management office located just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. If you arrive earlier you may leave your luggage at the office from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) from 9.30am to 13.30pm and from 4pm to 9pm.
- Check-ins after 9pm will be subject to a surcharge of Euros 30 and check-ins after 1am at night up to 8am in the morning will be subject to a surcharge of Euros 80.
- House Rules
- From 9pm any noise that could bother neighbours is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to hold parties in the apartment.
- With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
