The apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood suitable for those who want to sample all this amazing city has to offer, with the major places of interest easily accessible, whilst staying in quieter surroundings away from the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets and the rest of the city is easily accessible by public transport, the central hub of the city Plaza Catalunya is just 15 minutes away.
This apartment is one of two we offer in the building. The photographs are a selection and whilst the apartments may vary slightly in the layout or decor, the features are the same.
A lovely duplex apartment in a quiet area of Barcelona. On the Lower level, you will find the living area with direct access to a terrace and from there the community swimming pool. There is a dining table and chairs for indoor dining, however, the Mediterranean climate guarantees many nights of al-fresco dining.
The fully fitted kitchen, with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, is also on this level. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The three bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms come with two single beds each. There is ample wardrobe space for your belongings.
The bathrooms have a bath/shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
The apartment comes with air-conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay no matter the season.
Parking is available on request at euros 20 per night.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that we are unable to provide a high chair for this apartment, a cot can be provided.
- Arrivals between 9.00pm and 11.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 EUR. Between 11.00pm and 08.00am the charge will be 40 EUR. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 3% will be applied.
- Cancellations
- For cancellations received up to one month before the arrival date there is no further charge, within one month and up to 15 days before arrival a further 30% of the total cost will be charged up to 7 days before arrival 70% will be charged and within 7 days of the arrival date the full remaining balance will be payable. During the 3GSM conference in 2013 cancellations received within two months of the start date will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
- The security deposit must be paid on arrival. This can be in cash or by credit card. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For bookings of two or more apartments in the same building a euro 500 security deposit will be required.
