Just above Passeig de Gracia, which was a small village until late in the 19th century. With low-rise buildings and quaint tree-lined plazas the area still evokes a village-like feel.
Popular among both the cosmopolitan and bohemian crowd, there are dozens of international restaurants scattered among the local artisan boutiques. It's a short walk up to Parc Guell, or down Passeig de Gracia, which is famous for its Gaudi architecture and its shopping. Transport to the old town or the beach takes 15 minutes.
This wonderful duplex apartment is decorated with pale neutrals against dark black. In the lounge there is a sofa bed, nest of tables, soft stool, lounge chairs, lamps, display shelving TV/DVD and wifi internet access. The dining area has a table with seating for guests and a funky suspended lamp feature.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic-plate hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and an iron and ironing board are also provided.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds made together as a double, nightlamp, built-in closet, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and has access onto the inner patio.
The second has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp.
Upstairs, a third bedroom has one single bed, bedside table and lamp and an arm chair.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, handbasin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
This is a wonderful apartment in a great central location, it is a perfect base for exploring this amazing city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
- No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
- At check-in guests will be asked to provide a security deposit of EUR 200. This can be paid for in cash or by credit card and will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
- Check-ins after 9pm and before 2am will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between 2am and 8am will be charged at 50 EUR.
