From here you can take a very entertaining stroll to the Parc de la Ciutadella, the Santa Catarina market, the Picasso Museum and the Gothic Quarter. The famous Las Ramblas, Plaça de Catalunya and Barceloneta Beach are just ten minutes walk away.
The Living area is completely separated from the four double bedrooms. The medieval stone and exposed beams are combined with soft, hues and eye-catching touches of colour. This apartment has something that is not easy to find in the old district; lots and lots of Mediterranean sun that floods into the apartment and a balcony that extends along the entire façade.
The living area has two sofa beds, glass coffee table, TV, DVD,CD and access to a huge balcony bathed in the Mediterranean sun and with views over medieval Barcelona.
The dining room has a large table with seating for eight diners. There is also free, unlimited WI-FI internet connection. In the living room, one of the sofas can be used as a single bed.
The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped to make any delicious treats you may like to prepare for a special dinner. It has a balcony and outward-facing window, which are bathed by the magnificent Barcelona sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
There are four double bedrooms, one of them very large (15m2) with one double and one single bed. The other three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables and lamps. All the bedrooms have wardrobes.
There is one bathroom with a large shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and plenty of natural light. A hair dryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Late check-in charges
- For arrivals after 8pm an additional charge of 40 euros is payable at check-in.
- For arrivals after midnight an additional charge of 60 euros is payable at check-in.
- Security Deposit
- As with most hotels, when you arrive you will be asked to provide a credit card which will be used as a damage deposit of 300 euros. This deposit will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good conditions.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total balance is due.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival or no prior notice: 100% of the total balance is due.
- To modify the number of guests, if you decide to reduce the number of guest the remaining balance stays the same. If extra guests are added to the booking the required supplement will be added.
