This large, modern, three bedroom apartment is located in Eixample, with views of the incredible Sagrada Familia and the modernist building Hospital del Sant Pau. It is perfect for guests looking for a vibrant, elegant, central location.
The living area is light and airy and has a sofa, dining table and chairs, lamp, TV, DVD and Hi Fi. It leads to a lovely terrace with a table and four chairs, an ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine and take in the views.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, everything you will need for your self catering needs.
There are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one with two single beds. All of the bedrooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated and are furnished with bedside cabinets and lamps.
The modern bathroom is very attractive and comprises of a WC, hand basin and shower.
The apartment has ADSL wireless internet connection, is fully heated and air-conditioned.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals after 10pm will be charged a late check in fee of 30 EUR.
- From November 1st 2012 a local tourist tax will be introduced for Barcelona. For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.75 per person, per night. (unders 16's are not charged).
- Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 400 euros payable by credit card.
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
- Cancellations: If the cancellation is within 28 days of the start date of the booking a further cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card, thus making the total paid 50% of the original booking total.
- Where there is only a partial cancellation, (that is, fewer days) the 50% charge will be calculated on the difference between the original booking price and the revised booking price, and added to the revised price.
- No Show.
If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.

It was great knowing that if anything went wrong either Marc or Juan Carlos would be there for us (we lost power at one point and Juan Carlos was there within a half an hour!). The double beds in the smaller rooms are very comfortable. The decor is quite nice, and it's great to have the table and chairs out on the balcony.

"There are several places to eat in the area its trial and erorr, but we found that we were able to negotiate on prices and include a drink as well, so it's worth barterring. The cafe situated under the apartment is very reasonable for a drink or coffees and the staff are extremelly helpful, didn't eat there but may be ok for a snack. Aladin and Tapas Gaudi seem to be keen for business and therefore worth a haggle."
