The studio has a very comfortable queen size bed, single sofa bed, designer chairs and a chaise long.
The modern kitchen has stunning granite tops with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and electric juicer. There is an extendable dining table and chairs.
The bathroom is extremely smart, tiled throughout with a walk in shower, hand basin and wc.
The apartment benefits from heating and air-conditioning, TV, DVD player, radio-CD player.
This is a fabulous apartment, very stylish yet very comfortable. Its amazing location makes this an ideal choice for your stay in buzzing Barcelona.
Please note: There are 53 steps from street level to the apartment. The street is pedestrian and can be noisy throughout the night. The balcony doors are fitted with special double-glazing, however, some noise may be audible from within the apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals between 12.00am and 1.00am will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
- Arrivals after 1am cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.

i was very happy with the communication- emails were quickly replied to and phone calls were answered promptly, we were able to easily arrange to leave our baggage in the flat earlier in the day whilst it was being cleaned so that we were free to explore.

The place was beautiful, as we anticipated, and the photos accurately describe the apartment. We greatly appreciated the soulfulness and character of the decor.
