This apartment is located in the heart of the up-scale central district of Eixample. This fascinating district is suitable for those who want to sample all this amazing city has to offer, with the major places of interest easily accessible, whilst staying in refined and peaceful surroundings. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets and with a metro close by the rest of the city is extremely accessible. Las Ramblas is just a ten minute walk away and the beaches are just a short metro ride or a quick taxi ride.
This apartment is decorated in a contemporary, clean and unfussy style, with quality furnishings giving it a calm and relaxed ambiance.
The living room is filled with natural light and with wood flooring throughout it retains a warm and cosy feel. There is a large comfortable sofa, coffee table, a TV/DVD with international channels and internet access is also provided.
The modern independent kitchen is fitted to a high standard and is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. It is equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a complete set of utensils and crockery. Basic cleaning materials are also provided.
The first bedroom has two single beds, which can be made as a double on request, bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom has two single beds. A safety deposit box is also provided.
The modern, stylish bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin, WC and hairdryer.
This spacious and comfortable apartment is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring everything this amazing city has to offer.

The facilities offered include late checkout (under request), welcome amenities, nexpresso coffee machine, change of towels every two days, lockers for luggage storage, automatic check-in, 24h customer service and a free cleaning service for stays of 7 or more nights.
For this apartment we are able to provide a cot on request, we are unable to provide a high chair.

- Payment:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.72 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable in on arrival.
- For bookings of more than two apartments in the same building a security deposit is required of 250 Euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 Euros for each apartment in a booking.
- This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
- If paying the balance by credit card on arrival, please note that we accept Visa & Master card only.
- Cancellations.
- If you cancel at any time the initial booking deposit is non refundable.
- Thereafter, for cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the start date of the booking no further charges will apply.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of the start date of the booking, and for no-shows a further charge equivalent to one night will be made.
